2 cod fillets
A sprig of broccoli
Sesame seeds
250 g wholemeal flour
A tablespoon of ginger
2 tablespoons paprika

A glass of warm water
Instructions
Pour into a bowl, water, oil, a pinch of sugar, curry, paprika, ginger and stir.
Pour a little at a time the flour, stirring constantly, without forming lumps.
When you get a smooth mixture, form a ball and let it sit for half an hour.
Fill a pot with water, add salt and bring to a boil.
Cut the broccoli sprigs and throw them in the water for a few minutes.
Put broccoli in a blender with a dash of milk and pepper. Season to taste with a little cooking water and blend.
Roll the dough up to 1 cm thick and cut with a copapasta (pastry cutter) or glass.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add a little olive oil and bake the waffles with Spiced bread at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Pass the cod in sesame seeds and then put them in a pan on the stove for about 5 10 minutes. Deglaze with the wine.
To arrange the dish, pour a generous spoonful of cream of broccoli, lean the unleavened bread spiced, and finally the fish
