Ingredients

  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 1/2 lemon
  • A Zucchini
  • An egg
  • 125 g cream
  • Pasta BRISA

Instructions

  • Cut the zucchini into thin rounds and blow it up in a pan with a little olive oil.
  • When the zucchini begins to Brown dice the smoked salmon and add it to the pan.
  • Once the salmon is cooked (about 2 minutes), remove everything from the fire.
