Salmon cake

Ingredients
150 g smoked salmon
1/2 lemon
A Zucchini
An egg
125 g cream
Pasta BRISA
Instructions
Cut the zucchini into thin rounds and blow it up in a pan with a little olive oil.
When the zucchini begins to Brown dice the smoked salmon and add it to the pan.
Once the salmon is cooked (about 2 minutes), remove everything from the fire.
Roll out leaving their card, the pasta BRISA in a saucepan.
Prick the dough with a fork to keep it from swelling and fire it for 5 minutes at 200°.
Remove the cake from the oven and reinforce the edges with a fork.
Pour in the zucchini with the salmon and add lemon cut into small triangles.
Add beaten egg and cream.
Stir very gently this stuffing with a ladle or a leccapentola, so as to make the surface smooth. Bake at 200 degrees for another 30 minutes.
