This recipe was improvised at the last second I did it for my wife for a Valentine's Day dinner. Quick and easy to make, tasty and unique.
Ingredients
3 Zucchini
3 apples
70g white chocolate
70g of prawns
Instructions
Wash the zucchini and boil.
Meanwhile, cut the apples into cubes and toss in pan with a knob of butter for 5 minutes.
Shell the shrimp, laveteli and remove the intestines. Remove all the code, except for a few that you'll use to seal.
Blanch the prawns just barely with a knob of butter and pour in the white wine, preferably brandy.
Melt white chocolate in a Bain Marie, with a dash of milk.
Passed in the mix apples, shrimps (removing those with tails) and chocolate until blended.
